It didn't reproduce in CentOS release 5 (Final)

[root@example.com ~]# ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 10月 20 16:34 /bin/sh -> bash
[root@example.com ~]# rpm -qf /bin/sh
bash-3.1-16.1
[root@example.com ~]#
