[tlug] clarification of my earlier post



Rereading my post, it looks as if I'm saying any sushi prepared by a
restaurant owned by a Chinese or Korean firm or individual is bad. 

I was referring to cheap imitation sushi places, regardless of
ownership.  I only mentioned the large amount of places owned by Chinese
or Koreans to show that to most Americans, it's all the same thing.
Most places, regardless of ownership, actually employ Japanese chefs. 

Of course one of the most famous in NYC is owned by Robert DeNiro. 
(It's also one of the priciest.)
