I think you mean the dev library and the non debug are
different, right?

This looks ok to me. I pulled the paths out of the
dependency file and they look like:
/usr/include/atk-1.0/atk
/usr/include/cairo
/usr/include/glib-2.0
/usr/include/glib-2.0/glib
/usr/include/glib-2.0/gobject
/usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk
/usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf
/usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk
/usr/include/pango-1.0/pango
/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include
/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/include

I pulled the libraries sakura is looking at out with ldd and
they look like:
libatk-1.0.so.0 => /usr/lib/libatk-1.0.so.0
libcairo.so.2 => /usr/lib/libcairo.so.2
libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6
libdl.so.2 => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libdl.so.2
libexpat.so.1 => /usr/lib/libexpat.so.1

libICE.so.6 => /usr/lib/libICE.so.6
/lib/ld-linux.so.2
libm.so.6 => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libm.so.6

libpng12.so.0 => /usr/lib/libpng12.so.0
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libpthread.so.0
libSM.so.6 => /usr/lib/libSM.so.6

libXrandr.so.2 => /usr/lib/libXrandr.so.2
libXrender.so.1 => /usr/lib/libXrender.so.1
libz.so.1 => /usr/lib/libz.so.1
linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)

The one that looks strange is linux-gate.so.1 which is
pointing to an address instead of a file. I don't know what
linux-gate is.

Do you see anything wrong here??
