The Quebecois (Not to be confused with Quebec) are a pain in the @%$!.
Most people though realize that they don't represent the majority.

:P They are officially their own entity now. ^_^  The Canadian
Government finally got tired of listening too them, and their constant
Threats/teasing/promises of secession.  

The crazies, err I mean Quebecois have had one important impact though
in the battle for democracy.  Thanks to them and some of their stunts
more Canadians vote than just about any other country, especially in
Quebec.
