I right clicked, and found Options.  In the options window was a section
labeled 
"Internet Headers:"

I did find that in non-plain text messages I get an option for View
Source
if I open the message, then right click in the body of the message.  It
does
not however show headers.  It shows what you would see if it were a web
page
in internet explorer.

I do not find a place to add headers into anything. ^^;
