Yep it is in there and working .... but still getting hot

acpi -V
Battery 1: charged 100%
Thermal 1:ok, 58.0 degrees C
Thermal 2:ok, 63.0 degrees C

Seems a bit hot ....

I found this link and am curently working my way through it to see if I can sort out the problem....
