Re: [tlug] customizing firefox?

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the link, but it appears that this extension only saves
whatever the link is to, and then later allows you to choose what to
open it with (in the /tmp directory). With an .m3u extension, it can't
work apparently- it still just fires up xmms...

Thanks to Josh for the tips as well. I tried checked this:

but there weren't any default actions listed, even using a * in the
dialog box. The prefs.js file led me here

http://www.mozilla.org/unix/customizing.html#prefs

but I haven't been able to find the customization I'm looking for yet.
Both the userChrome.css and the prefs.js files don't appear to have
anything related to this function as far as I could find. I googled
["right click open with" firefox] but haven't turned up anything yet.
The addon page that Mauro sent had a link purporting to do exactly what
I'm looking for, but there wasn't anything there either.

I'll keep digging around. Thanks again Mauro and Josh.
