My point was that the guy from Ricoh replied to Scott's posting in the
"auto-shutdown" thread, cleared the subject and the body and filled
them in with his own stuff. In short, he hijacked the thread.

Please lose the "Reply-To:" header. The RFC2369 headers in all list
traffic get standards-compliant mailers to direct replies to the right
place already.
