In addition to Godwin's suggestions, if you want to convert MP3 to
Ogg, you can Google for a script called mp32ogg (or maybe mp3toogg).

If you want to make Ogg files from a CD, you can configure Grip to use
oggenc instead of mp3encode or whatever the default (MP3) encoder is.
