Hi Yangba.  As Josh said, there is a welcome message sent when you
joined tlug, with some links to some articles. 

I have two pages about this--although they were tested in Fedora Core 4,
they will probably work in RH9.  

So, please take a look at http://www.qnd-guides.org/qnd-japanese.html
and http://home.nyc.rr.com/computertaijutsu/jpninpt.html.  Try following
the instructions for Fedora and see if they work for you with RH9.  

(I haven't tested it with RH9 however, so I'm not sure.)
