[tlug] FluxBox dotfiles

I promised Kevin / Alain some FluxBox dotfiles to help him ease his
way into using a real window manager, and forgot until now.

So here you go, FluxBox users. Have at 'em. (Heavily commented for
your safety, and mine.)

The .fluxbox/background file is one of my own invention--it simply
provides an easy way to change the root image (i.e. wallpaper) without
having to edit the .fluxbox/init file (which can sometimes be a race,
as FluxBox occasionally writes to that file while running).

Likewise, the .fluxbox/backgrounds directory is something I created to
hold my backgrounds. The gentoo-matrix-aq-1280x1024.jpg file mentioned
in my .fluxbox/background file is simply a symlink:

Gentoo users, this file is provided by the x11-themes/gentoo-artwork ebuild.
