[tlug] Re: [announcement] Server Powerdown (bldg maintenance)

Dear TLUG members,

  Due to a scheduled power outage at the building where OSDL (who kindly
  host our server) is located the tlug server will need to be shutdown 
  for a few days this weekend/early next week.

  During that period Jim T. has graciously offered to host some temporary
  server services.  But there is still the chance of problems accessing
  "tlug.jp" services around the DNS switch over times.

  In case of DNS problems with "tlug.jp" during the bldg maintenance 
  period, the temp server and regular tlug server IPs are as follows:

  Temp Services:   221.115.224.2  (aka tlug.onjapan.net)

  TLUG Server IP:  219.120.149.100

Below is the approx. schedule for alt. services during the bldg maintenance:

  Start: 2005-10-09 (Sun) 18:00
  End:   2005-10-12 (Wed) 10:00

  {As always, dates/times are JST}

Hopefully this won't cause too much inconvenience.
