There's also a Japanese version of Knoppix.  The main page for Knoppix is:
http://www.knoppix.org/

 From there, just click on the Japanese flag.

I've tried the Japanese version of Knoppix and it seems to work fine.  I 
haven't tried Berry Linux - which of the two is better?
