Let me count the ways:

"One!" emacs -eval '(manual-entry "stty")'

"Two!" zcat /usr/man/man1/stty.1.gz | groff -man -

"Three!" zcat /var/cache/man/cat1/stty.1.gz

"Four!" more examples, an exercise for the reader....

You may need to fiddle a bit with the groff example, and if your man
doesn't have caching enabled, you won't have anything in
/var/cache/man, of course.
