please don't.
every new license creates work for those who want to use the code,
because lawyers need to be consulted to verify that the license is
indeed free. depending on how the license is written this could be easy,
but it could also be very hard.

by reusing an existing license this becomes trivial, because lawyers
have already been consulted. so unless you really, really must, do NOT
write your own license. it will make many people think twice about using
your code.
