Thank you very much for such a warm message.  Oh, no, no, I am not mad or anything.
I know, in fact, that some people had bad experiences with recruiters.  (I had really bad experience with mine when I was an engineer.)  Some of my friends hate me talking about my work because they would like nothing to do with recruiters.  Some people might feel (really) uncomfortable having me around...so I want to make sure that everyone is okay for me to show up.  (My friend, Kensuke, who just became a recruiter, would like to join me for this nomikai because 1.  He would like to speak English with someone from outside of our office. 2. He would like educate himself (technically) by talking to tlugger...)
