Good or bad, it is a commercial application.  

It is good both in conversion engine and GUI. The conversion is very smart, as it guesses the most proper words in the context. Also, it warns you when you write wrong texts (such as in respect language). The dictionary is also exclusive with many names and place-names. The palette offers similar functionalies as Windows IME and MacOSX Kotoeri have. For example, when you have to put a kanji which you don't know how to read, you can use the palette to search by stroke count or radical.

The con is that it is not free. :p
