As have Nvidia cards. My experience is, that the ati drivers are still a bit
buggy and do not work with cards of all manufacurers... 
The corresponding Nvidia Card would be FX5200. But just as the ATI 9200
cards and NVIDIA FX5200, are in the low budget segment of video cards the
quality of the video Signal isnt always the best (according to German c't
magazine)

So I would recommend buying some mid range product, perhaps a ATI 9600 card
(u can get them without active cooling) in 2 weeks (the new generation of
ati cards will be launched) for a discount price.
