Sure it is, but they've been undergoing an impressive cleanup.
Currently there are _far_ fewer SBL records for Telefonica than there
were some time ago; the list includes only one mainsleaze spammer, the
rest being Nigerian sources.  (AFAIK 419-like scams account for the
majority of nanas reports for TDE.)
