Serious competition for the #1 spewage rank in western Europe is also coming
from Telefonica de Espaņa, a2000.nl/chello.nl/upc.nl, interbusiness.it,
schlund.de/kundenserver.de and tiscali.{fr,nl,it,co.uk}.

More like Russia in first place for eastern Europe, with Poland a close
second, followed closely by Romania. The Czech Republic and Slovenia have
showed up on the radar too.
