RH 7.1 was quite fun. I used it for 2 years or so (but switched to Slackware
about a year ago). This said, you might prefer to try RH 9 since it has
pretty good hardware detection.

Your Pentium-II with 128MB RAM should be sufficient to get a modern distro
to run but don't expect it to do so particularly quickly.
