I wonder if I am mis-remembering. I thought that the first drives used
11-inchers, and the 8" disks came later. A search of Google, however, seems
to indicate that 8" disks were the first. I found scattered mentions of 11-
inch disks... so maybe they just were never on the PC?

Bugger if I know *why* I remember 11-inch disks. :)
