[tlug] Stripping attachments from bounces with Sendmail

Forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious, but a search through my
Sendmail book, the Sendmail FAQ, and a quick Google did not help me.

How do I strip attachments from bounces? I do not want messages with huge
attachments bouncing, then triggering further bounces due to the huge
attachment.
