[tlug] TLUG meeting auction

As most of you know, TLUG has existed without the need for dues
thanks to the generosity of people and companies that have
donated computer hardware, software, books, fashion apparel,
and plush toys.  TLUG usually has an informal auction of
these items at each technical meeting.  The equipment is
sometimes old, but still serviceable and technically
"interesting." 

Perhaps the best examples are the many SPARC workstations (some
of which have passed through more than one auction :-) that
have enabled many TLUGgers to explore the Sun.  Or the folks
that have found the odd parts they needed to put an old x86 box
into service running Linux.  Think of it as recycling at the
"reuse" level... without the gomi fees.

If you or your company has some equipment/parts/T-shirts/toys
that you would be willing to donate... please bring it along to
the meeting.  All we ask is that you haul it away again if we
can't find a new taker.
