It is my firm belief that people who do not know what they are doing should
*never* run network servers outside of their home networks.

010/8 is a great place to play. Routable addresses are not.

After all, do you let your kids have the car at age 12 by themselves to learn
on public roads? Hell no! They would be a danger to themselves and everyone
else.
