These look like the kind of thing I'm looking for,
but...the Storever site says you can choose to have
Debian, etc. installed...skimming these sites it
seems they have their own distro with some sort of
(Japanese) graphical web access admin?

I'd rather just have Debian or an virgin box I can
install Debian on, and just ssh to admin. I guess
I could buy one of these and wipe out whatever is 
installed.

Maybe I misunderstood the site...do you know if choice
of software is an option?
