The EULA says they are redistributable.  There is no new EULA at this time.
 They were simply removed from the download area.

If they should release those fonts under a new EULA later, that new EULA
won't mean spit WRT what's already out there.  The existing EULA has no
expiration date in it, so anyone who has those fonts under that EULA can
continue to do anything with them that is allowed under that EULA -
including redistribute.  Those fonts are out there for good, and changes in
MS licensing terms for future products can't change that.  It's just as
with GPLed software - if you release something under the GPL and then later
change your mind and make it more restrictive, that does nothing to
constrain anyone who obtained it under the GPL.

What Debian removed was a package that depended on them being available 
at the location they were removed from.  They were not in Debian's
distro.
