Note there's a thread on Vnese support on emacs-devel right now,
apparently the Quail input method sucked badly and it is being fixed
in GNU Emacs CVS.  VNese users may want to lobby SuSE to get Quail
specially updated for GNU Emacs (and XEmacs if XEmacs is usable for
VNese---I would love to hear about that, mailto: stephen@example.com).
Seems worth doing as it's not a risky change, and apparently is a big
improvement.

Exact URL I don't know, but http://savannah.gnu.org/, search for
emacs, follow links to mailing list and then to archive.  Thread
probably started in April.
