I'm using OpenOffice 1.0, and it's wonderful. There's nothing so far that the MS slaves at work have sent that I cannot open in OO.

 

Since it's the same basic code base as SO, I think you'll be happy. You might as well download OO 1.0 and try it, since it's free, and replace it with SO when that becomes available.

I can't wait!  I'm looking forward to StarSuite 6.0 for Linux. to use Japanese.  Is that really much better than anything others, Applixware for example?  Don't you have any opinion?
