Hacking (Linux) Exposed is really good. You might also want to get
"Maximum Security" or "Maximum Linux Security" by Anonymous. They are
upto 3rd and 2nd Editions respectively.

Both of these are good for general reference, but its worth getting books on
specific topics. O'Reillys "SSH, The Secure Shell" and others about MTAs, Web
Servers, firewalls etc will be very useful.
