Hmm, seems the t-online mailserver involved has already been removed
from the output list again... I wonder how often it is updated...
The idea is a little bit disturbing I think:

Quoting from orbz.org:
| Our test messages through a multi-stage relay might follow
| a path like this:
|
| - ORBZ Relay Tester
| - ORBZ Mail Server
| * Internet *
| - Mail Server "A"
| (intermediate mail servers)
| - Mail Server "B"
| * Internet *
| - ORBZ Mail Server
| - ORBZ Relay Accepter
|
| In this case, "A" would be listed as an input, and "B" would
| be listed as an output.
|
| So, why split the lists up? The problem is that many casual
| home users set up a mail server (sometimes even unknowningly)
| on their home machine, which accepts all mail and relays the
| output to their ISP's mail server. Since the mail is then
| coming from inside the ISP, the ISP's mail server relays the
| mail back out to the world. This gets the mail servers of
| many major ISP's listed in the outputs list.

Reading this it seems the only way to be sure not to get blocked by
orbz.org sometimes is to have your own mailserver, not in a dialup,
with a correct domain setup and no other users that could misuse it...
