[tlug] How can I get the full command line options of a currently running process

How can I get the full command line options of when process which is currently running.  If I do

ps -eaf

or

ps ax

then this works for commands with none/(small number of options)/(short path), but dosent work in
the case of a long command line with (many options)/(long path).
