To let Samba copying Japanese files

Please somebody tell us how to set Samba to allow copying Japanese
files.
It does not allow certain Japanese characters to be copied.

We tried to change the config to

client code page = 932
coding system = EUC
 
Then we could copy all Japanese name files in Kanji and Hiragana but not
the files in Katakana.
