If you intend to go by JR Jouban line, arakawaoki $B9S@example.com(B is the best station to
access to Tsukuba Centre. It takes around a hour from Ueno to Arakawaoki. And 
It takes another 20 minutes from Arakawaoki to Tsukuba Centre.
