Working around the GPL for GNU readline

Whatever, it now exists.  I suspect this isn't the way I would have
done it, but go to your nearest debian mirror, and do a dir on

		  dists/woody/main/source/libs/cle_*

and that should show you sources to something that claims to do what I
wanted.
