True.  But, despite my repeated wails during the Akihabara Stagger, my
life does not revolve around drinking beer.  Not even with such a
congenial crowd as TLUG.  For my lifestyle my assessment stands: I
could live just about as well without a car in Milpitas as in Tsukuba.

(And I would cheat for the symphony, anyway: find myself a (double)
date with a car!)
