RedHat+Ericsson=cordless net terminal

It's a sign of the times that I see a Linux article in Nikkei and don't
even bat an eye. Only a couple of years ago, it would have called for
a celebration, or at least a nomikai...

Anyway, the latest news from this evening's Nikkei (p. 3) is that Red Hat is
teaming up with Ericsson (sp?) to produce a Bluetooth-compatible cordless
phone (not a cell phone), loaded with Linux, with a touch-sensitive screen for
Internet access. There's very little information in the article otherwise,
but I'm sure we'd hear more about it in coming months.
