tlug: Diald

I'm having a little problem to make diald connect.
Here is the error message:

which would let it use an IP address.

existe
May 19 06:15:30 internet diald[1538]: Delaying 10 seconds before clear
to dial.

Does anyone have an idea of what can I do???
