Tokyu cable... The web site is all in Japanese. I can wade through some
of it but I couldn't find anything about it, but that is more a limitation
of my Japanese level. Anyone know off hand. Thanks.

Oh, cool. How do I check if my prefix is available? 3422 ? With DSL do you
get a fixed IP? I know that you mostly do in the states.
