easy solution:

1.  Buy high speed serial board for PC (standard ports only do 115,200bps,
you need higher for 128kb ISDN.  if you're using 64kb, skip this)
2.  Get external ISDN TA such as the NEC or AIWA (beware the AIWA).
3.  Set up Linux like it's just using a regular modem on that serial port.


that's it.  Oh, if you're using the AIWA Ta, you have to patch ppp.c,
though.  Stupid AIWA implementation.  Maybe the kernel's smart enough to
work around this automatically now, though.
